Should You Stage a Vacant House?

Today most buyers start their home search on line, and we all know that first impressions are lasting impressions.  Staging your property will ensure the home is showcased at it’s very best without personal preference and in a style that suits the house and the potential buyer.

Stagers carry their own supply of furniture and decor to rent out to sellers and realtors to fill the home with modern trendy furnishings. Staging is an investment, no question. But that investment can add between 10 – 20% ROI on the sale price, especially to a vacant property. In my option the extra expense may be worth it!
